You can try these steps and check:

Exchanging files with your phone through Bluetooth in Windows 7 and above is not straightforward, and a number of users have contacted the Plugable support team looking for an easy way to do this. Fortunately, these versions of Windows come preinstalled with a program called “fsquirt” that fulfills this need. Here is how to use. Fsquirt.exe fsquirt.exe summary: fsquirt.exe, also written as, is used to support BTHUSB, BTHUSB.SYS and BthMtpEnum, BthMtpEnum.sys for Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Vista and Windows XP, including 32 and 64 bits operating systems, and programs like Legacy Online, Mozilla 1.7.12 and VIPRE Antivirus 2012.

Step 1:

Place the computer in a clean boot state and check if the issue is resolved:

Check with the Step 1 (Perform a clean boot):- if everything works fine after a clean boot, you can infer that some third party services are causing the problem.

Proceed with the remaining steps to pin-point out the third party service.

Note: After you figure out the problem causing program, you may have to update or install a higher version of the program and also remember to put the computer back to normal startup.

Step 2:

Disable the security software’s/firewalls (third party) on the system tray and then check.

Note: Enable the security software back after the test

Step 3:

We can try to update the Bluetooth Drivers to the most recent and check if it works.

You must be logged on as an administrator to perform these steps.

1.Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking Device Manager.‌If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

2.In Device Manager, locate the device you want to update, and then double-click the device name.

3.Click the Driver tab, and then click Update Driver and follow the instructions.
